Great experience, very professional and knowledgeable. Their service department is the best. We always take our issues to Travis, he really knows his job, belts, brakes, suspension, tie rods he has fixed it all. Great mechanic! He always recommends the best tires for our vehicles. I was impressed by Mike’s service that resolved my issue for the sunroof shades. When I sent in the vehicle for inspection, I wasn’t aware of the actual root cause of the sunroof shade not closing. It turned out to be caused by a broken frame which required a big job to fix. Mike did his best to keep us posted and when he learned that it may took a few more days to get the job done, he offered us a loaner vehicle immediately. The fix was done after a couple days and the whole process was smooth. Thumbs up to Mike’s professional help.
