Excellent experience buying my used VW Golf at Volkswagen Laurentides! Great staff, honest representation of vehicle (no surprises), fast service = one happy customer. As a buyer from Ontario VW Laurentides took care of all of the necessary paperwork for me to drive back to Ontario to get my car safetied within a tight timeline. I first contacted Charles Chartrand in sales Friday, looked at the car Saturday, Nathalie Donnon processed my financing same day and had my approval by 5:10 pm. Picked up my vehicle on Monday and had the MTO Safety done Tuesday morning... couldn't ask for more efficient service! Prices for VW's are much better in Quebec than Ontario (worth the drive), staff at VW Laurentides made my purchase easy. Thanks Charles and Nathalie for making this such a positive buying experience!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and let me tell you, I've never felt so at ease. Going into a dealership alone as a female, can be a nerve wracking experience but as soon as I walked in, Charles accompanied me to his desk and made me feel reassured and comfortable through the entire sales process. When I finished with Charles, I was able to speak to Mike, who helped customize the features I needed to be comfortable in my new car. All in all, I had a great experience with this dealership and would recommend to all!!!
