I have been going to this dealership since my Volkswagen purchase in 2012. Despite being pricier for maintenance, repairs and essentially anything offered at a discounted garage like Midas or Mr. Lube, I have never had a subsequent problem with my vehicle post visit. My personal interpretation of this is that you may pay more, but you don't get screwed by a mechanic who either doesn't know what they're doing or tampers with your vehicle.

Had an appointment, waited 25 minutes still didn't see anyone. Not sure why they take appointments if they can't honour them. Waste of time. Update: they've contacted me. I've requested they send a car and salesman to my house, we're in the process of organising it. The work is appreciated.

I had an appointment this morning at 7:00 to change the oil. At 8:45 I was still waiting for them to start working on my car. So, after almost 2 hours I asked for the keys and I left. Two days later they called me, we scheduled a new appointment and the service was for free. Good customer services!
