After buying 3 cars from Joseph I can safely say the service he and his whole team provide is outstanding. He worked hard to get as much value for us as possible on every car throwing in perks like Winter tires on rims and negotiating better warranties for us. His knowledge and expertise with not only VW vehicles, but other brands really allowed him to explain the differences, allowing us to effectively compare our options. Never missing a beat offering us refreshments and having a genuine personal touch on every interaction. Great dealership, great service, and great people!

I totally recommend this place!! I had an incredible experience. Being a 24 year old female adult, it can sometimes be a frustrating experience going to car dealerships. However, they spoke to me very openly and treated me very equally and with respect. They even responded well to me and my partner, and offered us several coffees during the sales process! They were very patient as well, and explained everything thoroughly. They had no problem answering my MILLION questions without leaving me feeling rushed or pressured. Toni, the sales manager, and his colleague, Alexandre Calugher, helped me out throughout my decision making and negotiated very fairly, while communicating very honestly. In the final steps of my purchase, I was in a rush and had to leave quickly. The financial business manager, Christina Salem, worked at 5x speed to get it done. (5 stars for her!!!) Overall, all of the staff, including the receptionist, were incredibly helpful and efficient.
