I have visited VW des Sources several times (4-5 times) in the last 2-3 weeks mostly for parts at the service counter. The service here is unmatched compared to any other dealer in the Montreal area. Their service is quick and efficient and you leave there feeling taken care of. Will be returning for more parts in the future and to service our other VW as well.

It’s a great location very close and accessible to west-islanders. Service is great. It’s always a pleasure to be here for service with good agents ready to hear your needs and give good advise. The moment a customer arrive here he always leaves satisfied and feel that all the questions are answered. There is good comments to mention for each person that works there. The whole staff offers the most friendly, professional, courteous and efficient service along with an amazing service manager ready to hear the customers needs or question and help them in the most efficient way. He is always there for any questions with the most courteous, friendly, professional and efficient service. Thanks for the great service it deserve a beautiful shinny 5 star.

As a 1st time Volkswagen owner, I have to say I was very impressed with the service that I received at the service department. Earlier in December 2019 my coolant was low and I went to pickup some at the parts department. They told me to drive it in and they would top it for me. -No charge. Last week I brought it in my 2016 Golf for the 45,000 scheduled service and was going to wait for it. Man, they told me it would about 1 hour and they did it in a 1 hour 10 minutes. This is a first, under 2 hours!! Compared to all my other (non-Volks) cars that I have owned, it would be at least 2-3 hours, you figure I was at a doctors office!! Pascal the service Consultant did a great job from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Guys keep up the great work!! Bill

Everyone smiles at you when you walk in and they have really good service. So far bought 2 cars from them and they have give me the best prices out of any other volkswagen dealership in montreal. Highly recommend
