UPDATE (July 3rd) : my issue was resolved very professionally by the dealer. Maybe it was a fluke but we had a great resolution from management and leave happily satisfied in the end. ----- Though generally satisfied with the buying experience we feel the 1295$ care package is not worth the price. The promise is to get a 2 year old used car properly verified for a hassle free experience. Well, they delivered a car where clearly someone had ate a sandwich or something inside (seeing the crumbs, not even properly cleaned up). The windshield is cracked and still is (though someone is supposed to come fix it, I'll follow up this post). It was raining a bit and got some mud on the windshield and guess what? Zero windshield washer liquid. After deeper inspection nothing was done on the car except clear off a check engine light (VW dealership warranty could have taken care of) and maybe a quick exterior wash. At that price I could have gotten new brakes and an appointment to get the windshield changed. My advice don't take the care package, they make it seem as if you will get something out of that money. I could have saved $1000 by simply getting an appointment to get the windshield fixed. Oh I do have a couple free oil changes voucher. Most expensive oil change ever.
