Possibly the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new car!!! Robin Tissot is a fantastic young salesman, with lots of knowledge. He is an absolute gentleman and does not use any pressure tactics to finalize a deal. Actually, the entire experience at Uptown Volve West Island was without any pressure tactics that we are many times subjected to when purchasing or leasing a car. The entire staff was very welcoming and there was not one person who did not acknowledge us or simply say hello. The environment is pleasant and unpretentious. I will update this google review once we have my first service call at Uptown Volvo. As it stands however, A-1!! Do yourself a favor and go see Robin and the gang at Uptown Volvo if you’re in the market for a new car. Hopefully, you will be as pleasantly surprised as we were!!

Great dealership from sales and financing to service. People are great, knowledgeable. Marie Eve was efficient, quick and friendly. Jordan knows the car’s inside out, and does everything he can to make his clients happy. And Marius and John in service run the best service dept. I’ve ever dealt with. Very glad to be part of the Uptown Volvo West Island family.

It is a good place to go for buying a car or for repairs. People there are smart, kind and they know what they are doing. Price is not too high either. I have been going there for years and I am always satisfied.
