I had the pleasure of working with George July 2019 at Auto Shelby. I was trying to purchase a car while having financial difficulties. Feeling anxious I told George that I had been to other dealerships where i had already been refused. I am a single mother struggling to get back on my feet and needed a car to get to work. We were looking for a second hand car and we had an idea of what we were looking for. We went to Auto Shelby 1 originally and the car we needed was at Shelby 2. The transition between the 2 was seamless. At Shelby 2, we met Leonard who already knew what we were there to see and he was fully informed by his colleague about what our needs were. Leonard was great. He made the whole process easy and engaging. I love how clean the car was and how it was already ready to hit the road, no work to be done. Thank you Leonard and the Shelby team! Purchasing a car from this place was a special! Definitely something I’ll never forget! What a great and welcoming staff! Sam is AMAZING! Always with a smile, always called and kept in touch to keep me posted. The customer service from this man is incredible. He would even call me from his home to try and help me as quickly as possible... And then there was George... His work ethic and determination to help you is unreal! Because of him, I finally got a car! I recommend you go see this man, NO MATTER WHAT situation your in! I’ve seen multiple comments about him, and now I know that there is no doubt, he is magical!
