I have purchased from and maintained several vehicles through Brett GM. I have been so pleased with the ''Family'' atmosphere from the Sales team, to Advisors to the technicians themselves - that I now bring non-gm vehicles to be serviced there. In the event that there is an issue any point along the way (from the point of when I am greeted to when I get the invoice) I request for it to be corrected and it is done so immediately! Troy Stewart was a great salesman. Very happy with that part of the experience. The finance experience was not so great. Seems like they dont stand behind there own brand and products. The amount of services and extended warranty they attempt to sell makes a person question just how much confidence they have in the General Motors products. Also not all information given to me while trying to sell all these, ''extras'' was not exactly true. If I could have bought this truck from another dealership I would have.
