This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Wheels and Deals, Ltd. My husband and I needed another vehicle. We were looking for a previously owned vehicle that was priced reasonably. We were also looking a car sales business that was going to offer us quality vehicle options. It was also important for us to work with a salesperson who was going to be invested in respecting our budget and invested in helping us find a vehicle that also best fit our needs. Jim Gilbert's Wheels and Deals did not disappoint!! We were approach by one of their sales people, Dan Richard, who was welcoming and accommodating right from the time of his warm and friendly greeting up to the time we drove off of the lot with our new car!!! In 2015 I traded in my vehicle for a newer version of the same vehicle. I knew what I wanted so I didn't need any advice or direction from sales staff, since I had done all of my research prior to going there. I just needed the sales staff to facilitate and process the sale. With that said, it went quite flawlessly. I negotiated the price a bit and requested they throw in some gas cards. The sale was finalized and I picked the vehicle up, but they did not have the gas cards ready. In fact, I had to e-mail my sales contact 4 times over the following 3 weeks asking for my gas cards. I finally got them almost a month after the purchase. I would probably purchase a vehicle from here again, but I would make it known of my previous experience and my expectations of delivery and promise that were made to me. As for the location, it was extremely clean and everybody was really nice. A great atmosphere to purchase a vehicle from.
