Selected a vehicle on Jan 15 which needed some work. Owner made list of items to repair and offered us a conditional sale, pending our approval. We gave a deposit of $1,000 and waited 16 days. Not all repairs were completed. During test drive the check engine light came on again within blocks of the dealership. Owner refunded our deposit immediately. The conditional sale option is great. Their 30 day warranty for a $6000 purchase is not very great. Unfortunate that we couldn't make a sale. They did, however, attempt to get the service engine light to go out two more times and were honest with us about it. Just two pieces of advice for Janex: (1)Lose the basically naked women videos playing on the tv in the waiting room. Seriously offensive and very sexist. (2) Go ahead and invest in a few giant bags of ice melter, and get someone to break up that ice field out front - it's dangerous to drive or walk on - other businesses on your street have cleared theirs.

I had a really good experience at Janex auto with Markus and Norm. Total transparency, and made my car buying experience excellent! Markus was very helpful and took a lot of time to go through everything with me. I highly recommend going there.

First time looking for a car and it went very smoothly! Amazing customer service and a warm environment as soon as you enter Janex. Marcus worked hard to get what I needed done in the vehicle I was interested in, was very honest and we closed the deal right away! I am loving my Santa Fe! I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes! :)
